Gizlilik Politikası

This Privacy Policy explains how SABTOUR (Book 4 Bed) / SABDMC Türkiye collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit https://sabdmc.com, send an enquiry, or book travel services with us. It is issued under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where relevant, reflects GDPR principles for guests and partners in the EEA.

2. Whose data we process
Guests named on a booking (including minors represented by a parent or sending agency); people who enquire by web, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or social media; staff of partner operators and corporate clients; website visitors and commenters; drivers, guides and suppliers as needed to perform a contract.

3. Data we collect
Identity (name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport/ID number and expiry). Contact (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, billing/hotel address). Travel (flights, transfers, hotel, room type, tour dates, group reference). Preferences (language, meals, occasions). Payment (payer name, invoice details, transaction references — we do not store full card PAN/CVV on the website).

Health, mobility or dietary data is processed only when the service requires it (wheelchair transfer, allergy notice to a hotel) and, where KVKK requires it, on explicit consent or to protect vital interests.

Website: IP address, browser/device, pages viewed, cookies. If you leave a comment we collect the form fields, IP and user-agent for spam detection. An anonymised e-mail hash may be sent to Gravatar (https://automattic.com/privacy/). Approved comments and profile images are public. Do not upload images with EXIF GPS you do not want public.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Perform the booking — contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
  • Place hotels, transfers, guides, tickets, MICE and sports services — contract / legitimate interest
  • Invoices, tax, TURSAB and tourism-licence duties — legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
  • Complaints, accidents, insurance, claims — legitimate interest / legal obligation
  • Operational messages (pickup, meeting point, change) — contract
  • Newsletters and offers — consent only; withdraw at any time
  • Site security, fraud prevention, traffic measurement — legitimate interest
  • Comment moderation — legitimate interest

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what the purpose requires: hotels, transfer firms, guides, venues, incoming partners and sports facilities on the programme; airlines when we handle a flight-related service; banks and payment institutions; accountants, lawyers and insurers under confidentiality; public authorities when Turkish law requires it; hosting/IT providers as processors; spam-filtering tools.

Partner operators who send a passenger list must tell their own customers that data will be passed to us as the local incoming agency.

6. International transfers
We are established in Turkey. Names and travel details are sent to Turkish suppliers and exchanged with sending agencies or guests in the EU, the UK, the CIS and other countries you travel from or through. Where there is no adequacy decision, the transfer is based on performing the contract or on explicit consent.

7. Retention
Enquiries with no booking: up to 2 years after last contact. Bookings and accounting: at least 10 years (Turkish commercial/tax rules). Passport copies: only as long as check-in or a legal control requires, then deleted unless a dispute is open. Marketing lists: until unsubscribe. Website comments: kept so follow-up comments can be recognised, unless you ask for erasure and no legal duty applies. Registered users: until the account is deleted (username cannot be changed). Longer if a claim or inspection is outstanding.

8. Cookies and embedded content
Temporary cookie on the login page (no personal data, deleted when the browser closes). Login and display cookies if you have an account (login typically 2 days; screen options 1 year; “Remember me” up to 2 weeks). Editor cookie with post ID for 1 day. Optional comment cookies (name, e-mail, website) for 1 year. Analytics or ads cookies only if enabled; consent where required.

Embedded videos, maps or other third-party content behave as if you visited that site. Those sites may set their own cookies.

9. Your rights (KVKK)
You may ask whether we process your data; receive information; learn recipients in Turkey or abroad; correct inaccurate data; request deletion when the purpose has ended; object to automated processing that produces a legal consequence against you; claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Account holders and commenters may also request an export of data they provided, or erasure, except records we must keep for accounting, legal or security reasons.

Write to [email protected] or to the address in Section 1. We may ask for identity proof and aim to reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr). EEA residents may also contact their local authority.

10. Children
Children’s data is processed only as part of a family or group booking made by a parent, guardian or sending agency. We do not knowingly offer website accounts to children.

11. Security
Access controls, staff confidentiality and commercially reasonable technical measures. No internet transmission is completely secure. Send passport scans only through the channel we indicate; do not post identity documents in public comments.

12. Changes
Updates will be published at https://sabdmc.com. Material changes that affect an existing booking will be notified to the contracting agency or guest where reasonably possible.
